Meet up with Li Lian @ her hOuse nearby Gek Poh Shopping Centre in e nOon wanted tO see dOc fOr ways slimming. I getting fatter & fatter I cant stand it anymore. sOb =( actually wanted tO gO fOr gym up, acupunture fOr slimming but at last din gO fOr it.

busy dOn really have much time fOr gym s it alsO quite far away frOm mOi hOuse @ Orchard CalifOrnia wOrx. that time i gOt ask a acupunture sO ex lOhz.. is pricings @ $1888 fOr 3mOnths with acupunture, meal replacement, pills & sO on but they assure 3mOnths guarantee or nOt mOney back guarantee, they alsO say that its fats lOst & nOt just water retentiOn like what alOt of beauty salOn is dOin lOhz. hOwever, fOr what i tink still ex lahz thOse gOt assurance, sOmemOre is 1 time payment.

Go tO EverHealth tO find Dr. Wong Min fOr e slimming methOds. She's very friendly, nice lady. She enquire tO see what's my needs & wants den prescribe Reductil pills of 2wks fOr me. just 2wks of pills(14pills) of eating 1pill every early morning cOst $75 lOhz. kind of ex fOr each pill. calculated & it cOst abt $5.35 fOr each. ex ex wOrx but bO bian~ =X i wanna slim dOwn & be shapely back again lehz. Can i??? *hOpefully i can & gOt e determinatiOn fOr that* lOls. i see my weight, my flabby tummy & arms i very sianz lehz. i think i lOok fat lOhz sO really canNot tahan le muz faster slim dOwn b4 Christmas. =(

well, e feelings after tryin it out is like e needles is pOke deep inside my skin, warm feelings, alOt of needles of sth that seems tO be attacking me den feel numb after awhile. it takes abt 10mins fOr each arm but is still bearable de. can say nOt really pain alsO, tat depends on each & individual de endurance lOhz. after that, i feel abit numb on arms & slight suan tOng gan jue but dOn nOe why my neck area there alsO feeling e same lehz. HaHa.. maybe veins & e bOdy system cOnnected/related that's why bah.. or juz an ILLUSION of mine??? =X

There's alOt of other treatments & services which they offered tOo. They even have Loyalty PrOgramme as in if pay $500 can get $580 wOrth of treatments & $1000 can get $1200 wOrth of treatments. Each treatment can be deducted frOm e $580 or $1200 lOhz..of cOz, is Loyalty PrOgramme mOre wOrth it but muz 1 time payment i think. still deciding if were tO take anOt, might take & share if Li Lian wants it tOo.. HaHa~ hOpefully can share sO 1 persOn have tO pay $500 only tO get $600 wOrth of treatments lOhz~ =P Pay up abt $189 fOr Reductil, cOnsultatiOn & CarbOxy fOr this time~

Next mOn, will dO CarbOxy & take anOther 2wks of pills again bahz~ (oh, nO!~ gOnna spend mOney again, brOke =X) Intend tO have e Vitamin C jabs fOr whitening effects & skin/scar lightening treatments. It will greatly help in my ezcema prO & itch & scar tOo. nOt cheap tOo!i!~ will cOst $120 each jabs & gOt tO have abt 5-8jabs at least bahz sOmemOre is alsO every week muz cOme & dO de. =X If gOt extra spare cash & successful slim dOwn might try out Microdermabrasion tOo~ =P
