10th December (Monday)

Go Mt. E for my dental appt. Haven visit dental for 2months le~ Miss out 2appointment so I can miss out e current 1 if not would be 3months never visit dental for my braces alignment & tightening le. U-hu!i! Now it's 1 year plus liao, perhaps by 1st few mths of next year can remove my braces & get my long-wanted perfect straight teeth liao. Hees. Perhaps after that might wanna do Whitening after braces period. C how it goes 1st lohz. ((:

Supposingly need to go back to The Natural Therapies there for 2nd doc review check-up after e 16days Candida Diet, upon reaching there e doc check & say that my energy level too low le & I did not drink enough water so he cant check use e machine to do e Allergy Test so got to go back few days later to check if my energy level gets better anot. No need to pay coz not able to do e test.

12th December (Wednesday)

Go back to The Natural Therapies for e review again as Mon I go there wasnt a successful one doin e test. This time my dear accompany me there too. Was late & take cab down & it was damn ex to travel from Yew Tee to Chinatown which costs abt $21+ with extra $2peak charge. Also super ex lohz.. -_-" Coz mostly when I travel to town it will cost less than $15 even with $2peak charge or juz abit more nia. This time round e person seems to travel long distance & taking his own sweet time though we say rushing for time s gonna be late le.

Luckily this time round, the test manage to be a successful one with enough energy level & water. Not so bad lahz~ E earliest timing I manage to rush to slp was also abt 1+, 2am cant really make it that much earlier mostly leh. Nowadays b4 these, I normally ard 4+, 5+am den slp ard 7am+ got to wake up le.. Always not enough slp~ Morning & Noon super tired & shag but nite time super energetic like owl lehz. Jia Lad lOhz~ I must slp much earlier & drink lots of water (though I don really like it).

This time round, I just have to replenish two types of supplements, pay for e consultation & allergy test that's all.. Damage of abt $190 @ 2nd visit, e 1st visit was really super damage & bomb of $566 lohz~ OMG!i! Though 2nd time also ex not tat cheap but better than e 1st le lahz. If my skin really can heal, recover fully from e allergies & itch & fade my ugly scars it's worth it bahz~ But got to be patience & give myself at least months for e skin to renew lehz... HaHa, like snake renew & shed off e skins ah. Doc say will c results in abt 3mths lohz so gonna be patience. Hmm... Hmm...

Everything can be eaten except that I still cant consume food that consists of wheat & diary. Though only cannot eat these food consists of wheat & diary but actually alot of things still cant eat like noodles, my faves pasta & pizza ( made of wheat & e creamy cheesy carbonara contains diary), bread, donuts , Mac, Burger King & alot of things still cannot eat. U go c whatever contains wheat & diary is still big NO-NO to me lohz.. Sianz~ Life is bOring w/O yummy, mOuth-watering fOod but gOt to be Jian Chi Dao Di (Ah Du's Song~ HaHa. lOls.) in order to achieve tip top skin conditions

After that went to eat Nasi Lemak with dear dear & walk ard Chinatown den leave for Suntec to meet Min Hui & get e shoes from her for Lian. By e time, we reach Suntec was ard 9pm plus le, quite a no of shop gonna close too le, so just go Pet's Lover buy some doggie groceries den we leave le lohz.

Drop by to pass e shoes to her & she pass me my *Loves* den bid goodbye & headed home. =)

Decide tO gO Natural Therapies Clinic @ ChinatOwn there tO see e skin dOc fOr mOi skin cOnditiOns~ Have decide nOt tO wait 4 e NatiOnal Skin Centre le since e appt is on 27th Dec which seems kind of lOng fOr me. sOmemOre except fOr e Allergy Test, e dOc cant dO much tO sOlve mOi eczema cOnditiOns frOm e rOots bahz~ E dOc @NSC will only give itch/runny nOse pills tO ease e itchiness & e same old cream tO apply which will juz calm & ease e itchiness once I stOp applying e same old prOblem/itch arise again. sO i dOn wan tO always rely on medicine or juz keep applying same old cream. Sian lOhz~ =X

There's a few different rOoms fOr diff purpOses. Dr. Sundardas was e main dOc whO see me & there was anOther guy who is in charge of e Machine tO test fOr my allergy prOblem & anOther lady whO is in charge of e nutrional Candida diets of 16days (of what can be eaten; what cannot all that). Browsing through e list of what can be generously eaten & what totally cannot eat. There's super lots of foods cannot eat & eat avoid lohz.
