16th January 2008 (Wednesday)

Was kind of dishearten when I c my eczema not getting very much better. Coz I was to stay away from wheat & diary products, but I couldnt resist to e temptation & frequently still eat it most of e time so becoz of my itchy mouth my itch still exist & complexion seems rather dry.

Happen to browse through web & forum that Dr. John also got c skin pro like eczema other than slimming so intend to try it out c if can get much better mah. A sudden urge & decision wanting to visit Dr. John.

Bring Si En along to accompany me for the trip. He was rather a young, not bad lookin, straight forward doc. I tell him abt my condition & situation den he prescribe sum pills 4 day + nite, body wash, 3 types of moisturizer. 1st trip cost me abt $100 there includes consultation fees of $30, which means the medication cost abt $70 of which is much more cheaper than The Natural Therapies Centre which I visited costing me a bomb. -_-"

After which, buy lots of tibits & sinful snacks & back home le. Hopefully this trip to visit him is a fruitful 1 able to c results fast fast pls.. 2weeks after like that gonna visit him perhaps before Feb bahz. Coz they will be closed for 1week or so if I am not wrong.

Decide tO gO Natural Therapies Clinic @ ChinatOwn there tO see e skin dOc fOr mOi skin cOnditiOns~ Have decide nOt tO wait 4 e NatiOnal Skin Centre le since e appt is on 27th Dec which seems kind of lOng fOr me. sOmemOre except fOr e Allergy Test, e dOc cant dO much tO sOlve mOi eczema cOnditiOns frOm e rOots bahz~ E dOc @NSC will only give itch/runny nOse pills tO ease e itchiness & e same old cream tO apply which will juz calm & ease e itchiness once I stOp applying e same old prOblem/itch arise again. sO i dOn wan tO always rely on medicine or juz keep applying same old cream. Sian lOhz~ =X

There's a few different rOoms fOr diff purpOses. Dr. Sundardas was e main dOc whO see me & there was anOther guy who is in charge of e Machine tO test fOr my allergy prOblem & anOther lady whO is in charge of e nutrional Candida diets of 16days (of what can be eaten; what cannot all that). 14th November (Wednesday)

Went to Polyclinic to see doctor for my bad skin conditions of itchiness~ As usual, doc gave me e same type of medicated cream which I always get be it I visit Polyclinic or e National Skin Centre. Ai yoz, this cream doesnt help much lahz~ Only can stop e itch whenever I appl, once I stop applying e problems of itchiness/eczema arise again. I want it to really cure this problems from e roots den than e surface appearance so that I will no longer have such problems despite not using e cream or eat e medicine. She also give me pills for itch de.. But dont know all these will help cure my Feng Mo anot lehz~ Still feeling very itchy n reddish spots all over.. =X

Ask to refer to NSC to go for e allergy test to see what I am actually allergy to & should avoid it. Thought it will be e appointment date 4 NSC will be in few weeks time but e earliest date that they take for me is only on 27th Dec lohz. So so super long!i!~ Like that I will die of e itch & e pro will get from bad to worst le lahz~

Impatient to wait for so long lehz~ Thought of going to e Natural Therapy Clinic which is recommended by Angela which she say it's super good & can really cure all her problems from e roots & not just by surface. Able to test what we are allergy to, neutralize e body, what to do/what cannot be done, things to avoid or things to eat instead & so on... Supplement was given to boost e body system conditions & so on unless like most doc they always give medicine which is not that good for body for long term wise. Natural Therapy is really amazing & effective lahz~ Angela comment that she never regret trying out & her eczema problems had been cured for years & did not come back at all, eventually all scars also fade/disappear guadually. But got remarks from my friend say she got friend try out also very good & she can get discount from there, is at Jurong there. Really don know lehz~ =X

Oh, my eczema is getting from bad to worst~ Somemore yesterday don know why suddenly itching all over den I thought my eczema kanna everywhere but no lahz, suddenly reddish spots appear like feng mo.. Really irritates me sia~ Feeling so itchy all over~ =X Any good & budget doctors recommended for bad skin pro/conditions? I wanna cure my itch & my ugly scars lahz~ Haiz.. =(
